You can use the following Custom fields when you are creating a task in a Collection Path.

Custom Fields Format

All custom fields start with {{ and end with }}

Custom Field Name	Description
{{customerRef}}	The customer reference field, if one exists. E.g. 'CAN001'
{{customerName}}	The name of the customer. E.g. 'Cannon Supplies Ltd'
{{contactName}}	The name of the contact at the customer. E.g. 'John Doe'

Consider the following examples:

Chase call for {{customerRef}} - {{customerName}}
- Chase call for CAN001 - Cannon Supplies Ltd
Follow-up with {{contactName}}
- Follow-up with John Doe
Follow-up with {{customerName}}
