Administrators Only!

You need to be an administrator to access Subscription Management. If you are not an administrator, then this option will not be available to you.

How to get to Subscription Management

Subscription Management can be found under the Settings cog icon in the top-right hand corner of the screen. Click on the icon and when the menu appears click on Subscription Management

Subscription Statuses

Subscription ManagementYour subscription can be one of the following statuses: 

  • Active
  • Expired
  • On Hold
  • Exceeded Limit (Companies or Users) - You can increase the number of users and companies on your subscription by visiting the Sage Marketplace.
  • Account On Stop
