Credit Hound Cloud provides different user roles depending on the level of access required. ### Product Owner - Full system access - Can manage billing/subscription - Can transfer ownership to another user - Each subscription must always have exactly one Product Owner. To learn more about transferring ownership, see [Transfer Product Ownership](/v1/docs/transfer-product-ownership). ### Administrator - Full operational access - Can manage users and system configuration (excluding billing) - Can configure collection paths, email templates and company settings ### Standard User - Access to day-to-day activities - Customers - Tasks - Email Chasing - Cannot manage users or system configuration ### Configurator The Configurator role is designed for system setup and configuration. Configurators cannot access customer data or perform day-to-day credit control activities. **Licensing** - Configurators do not consume a user licence **Typical Use** Configurators are commonly used by: - Implementation consultants - Partners - System setup teams The table below provides a detailed comparison of permissions across each user role. | **Product Owner User** | Administrator User | Standard User | **Configurator User** | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | View all customer details | View all customer details | View all customer details | No access to customer details | | Chase customers | Chase customers | Chase customers | No access to chasing customers | | Send emails | Send emails | Send emails | No access to sending emails | | Administer users and manage Two-Factor Authentication | Administer users and manage Two-Factor Authentication | Cannot invite other users to Credit Hound | Administer users and manage Two-Factor Authentication | | Configure and manage [Collection Paths](https://docs.credithoundcloud.com/v1/docs/what-are-collection-paths) | Configure and manage [Collection Paths](https://docs.credithoundcloud.com/v1/docs/what-are-collection-paths) | Cannot configure or manage Collection Paths | Configure and manage [Collection Paths](https://docs.credithoundcloud.com/v1/docs/what-are-collection-paths) | | Configure [Company Settings](https://docs.credithoundcloud.com/v1/docs/about-company-settings) | Configure [Company Settings](https://docs.credithoundcloud.com/v1/docs/about-company-settings) | Cannot configure Company Settings | Configure [Company Settings](https://docs.credithoundcloud.com/v1/docs/about-company-settings) | | Manage [Email Templates](/v1/docs/managing-email-templates) | Manage [Email Templates](/v1/docs/managing-email-templates) | Cannot manage email templates but can view them | Manage [Email Templates](/v1/docs/managing-email-templates) | | Manage Billing/Subscription | Cannot manage billing/subscription | Cannot manage billing/subscription | No access to manage billing/subscription |
